Plumbing Works:
1. Extension stainless steel pipe for Kitchen Sink (Cold Inlet and Outlet).
2. Complimentary Free labor to install Your Bathroom Accessories for 2 bathrooms.
3. Complimentary Free labor to install Your Central Heater or instant heaters for 2 bathrooms.
4. Complimentary Free labor to install Your Mini Sprays for 2 bathrooms.

Aluminum and Glass Works:
1. Supply and install Aluminum Sliding Glass Window at Service Yard, in accordance with HDB Guidelines.
2. Supply and install Shower Screen (10mm thick Tempered Clear Glass) with swing panel.

Painting Works:
1. Supply and paint all internal wall surfaces with Nippon paint
(Vinilex 5000. Max 5 colors only).
2. Supply and paint all ceilings with Nippon paint (Vinilex 5000. White color only).
3. Painting of all Door Frames.

Complimentary Miscellaneous Works:
Supply and lay corrugated board for floor protection.
Post renovation general cleaning.
FREE: Application of HDB Renovation Permits.
